Olympus Construction Management was formed in Phoenix, Arizona in 2017 and is built on creating an atmosphere of teamwork, trust, and collaboration to meet our clients’ needs. We specialize in third party project management and owner’s representation. We are part of the owner’s team and our clients trust us to continuously watch out for their best interest from project planning through occupancy and closeout. We manage the entire process from conception, to planning, through occupancy, and even beyond, utilizing a full complement of project management tools at every project stage. We listen to the owner’s needs and ensure that each project is constructed to meet their goals.
We understand that communication and accountability are the most important things that we bring to the project. We emphasize collaborating among all team members, from hospital leadership to the design and construction teams, holding everyone accountable for keeping projects on track. When you call us, we answer and begin working on solutions immediately.
Ryan and Travis met in college, where they were both working towards their Bachelors of Science in Construction Management. After graduation, they both moved to Seattle to work for different general contractors in commercial construction, gaining experience in carpentry and civil inspection, along with general project management field experience. After about six years, Travis moved to Arizona to serve as an owner’s representative/construction consultant. Three years later, Ryan and Travis formed Olympus CM to work with clients in Arizona, California, Kentucky, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, Texas, Utah and Washington.
